Can I really become good enough to give massage from this one course?
Yes. Massage is easier than you might think. If you wanted to get to my level, working with pathologies, helping people with frozen shoulder, acetabular constriction, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, etc. you would need hundreds of hours of training. But to give your partner a relaxing, stress relieving, tension reducing massage, you can learn that in this course. Simply watch it a few times while practicing on her or a friend, and you’ll have “magic hands” very soon
How long will it take to be good at massage?
Realistically, over a weekend. Some people may take shorter or longer, depending on commitment level, feedback from your partner, and your willingness to change your approach as needed. Simply watch the video, massage along with me, and you’ll likely memorize the routine in 3-5 sessions. At that point, you can just throw on some music and give the massage on your own
